What does a guy need in order for me to fall in love with him?

There are so many different boys in this world. How can one choose? What are the qualities/characteristics that cause me to single out the LUCKY guys? I don't know exactly. It's time to explore. I have to think back to times when I've had crushes.
The first thing that usually affects who i like is their appearance. The superficial stuff. Are they cute, clean-cut, drop-dead-georgeous? However, it isn't always the appearance that is the first thing I'm attracted to. There have been times where a person's personality makes them more attractive in my eyes than their appearance ever could. However, if the two are put together, it's easier to move on to the next characteristic.
At chuch, we always make lists of the characteristics that we want in a guy. Honest, RM, good fatherly qualities, etc. The second quality that I find attractive in a guy would be his religious involvement. Does he go to church, keep up his standards and have the same religious beliefs as I do? Now, while this quality of religious involvement is far more important than appearance, it isn't always the first thing that I see. This is unfortunate.
Next, I like a boy who likes me back. When a girl really wants a boy to like her, sometimes that can lead to problems. So, while I most certainly won't take any guy who might like me, it does help to have a boy that i like, like me back. There are often creepy ones that do. Unfortunately, if there are any normal ones that like me, it's the creepy ones that i usually find out about (I hope that doesn't sound mean). While it isn't necessary for me to have returned love right now, it would be encouraging.
